First of all, we will have a short discovery call during we will talk about the role, the company, and the recruitment process. If we then decide to collaborate, we will meet again to discuss the candidate profile, company culture, timeline, etc.

I can often provide candidates within days, while for other roles, it may take a few weeks depending on the job’s complexity and the HR policy of the organization.

A retainer of 30% of the estimated value of the recruitment project is to be applied at the very start of the contract.
The difference is to be invoiced once the selected candidate signs the employment contract. In the event that they terminate their employment during the probationary period, the candidate will be replaced or 70% of the fee will be reimbursed to the employer.
